We launch our kayaks at the top of a beautiful pond dotted with wooded islands. We will leave the world behind as we explore a small creek with clear water and dense vegetation. The astute observer can see prothonatory warblers, piliated woodpeckers, bald eagles, osprey and a multitude of curious turtles watching us glide past.
Location:
The Woodland tour site is located approximately 35 minutes inland from Fenwick Island, Bethany Beach, Rehoboth, and Ocean City. (We provide transportation to the Woodland Tour in our comfortable passenger van.)
Level:
This kayak tour is suitable for all levels of paddlers.
Duration:
Paddling time on this kayak tour is approximately 2 hours – round trip with transportation is approximately 3.5 hours.
Price:
The price of this guided kayak tour is $55.00 per person. Children 11-7 years old receive $10 off when accompanied by an adult at the regular price. Minimum age for the Woodland Tour is 7 years old. Children ages 7-11 must be in a tandem kayak with an adult.
