They don’t make kayaks like the Calypso anymore! A British designed and built boat, the fiberglass on this touring kayak is heavy duty. It has a lot of rocker so is very maneuverable, yet paddles efficiently. It doesn’t weathercock much but has a skeg to help. It’s a good fit for paddlers from 115 – 160 pounds. This kayak will be available to be picked up/delivered between 8/24/24 and 10/13/24 on days we are open (we are not open 7 days/week after Labor Day). Please call ahead to set up pick up time and location. Failure to pick up your equipment by 10/13/24 will result in a $50 late fee. Failure to pick it up by Nov. 1 will result in an additional $150/month fee. We don’t offer winter storage.
